To contribute to the health of our guests and employees and to comply with Colorado state law, Black Bear Lodge of Grand Lake is committed to offering a smoke free environment in all of our guest rooms. We welcome guests who smoke to do so in the designated and comfortable smoking area that is 25 feet away from the main building. We appreciate guests who smoke to use the butt canisters that we provide.
Smoking is not permitted outside of designated areas. If a smoking violation occurs, the guest will be charged a $300 non-refundable cleaning fee. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring that our guests and employees are not subject to second hand smoke.
All canceled or modified reservations will be charged a $35 service/re-booking fee if made prior to 8:00 pm seven days in advance of the first day of the reservation. Cancellations made less than seven days in advance of a reservation will be charged 100% of the reservation total. Refunds will not be issued for shortened stays.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Rates are based on double occupancy. We add $10 per person beyond double occupancy, including children.
We reserve the right to charge your credit card for the entire amount due on your reservation seven days prior to your check in date.

We are a pet free property. Violations will result in a $300 charge and possible termination of your stay. Service animals that meet the ADA definition of a service animal are allowed. Comfort or therapy animals are not allowed.

Please park with the front bumper of your vehicle facing the sidewalk to prevent exhaust from entering rooms and to prevent interfering with pedestrians using the sidewalk.
