Smoking Policy:
To contribute to the health and welfare of our guests and employees and to comply with Colorado state law, Black Bear Lodge of Grand Lake is committed to offering a smoke free environment in all guest rooms and common areas. Colorado law prohibits smoking within 25 feet from doorways/entrances.
Smoking is allowed ONLY outside and in designated areas(under canopy and picnic area). We appreciate cigarette butts being disposed of in the butt cans provided. Violations of the smoking policy may result in a $300 charge and termination of your stay without refund.
We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring that our guests and employees are not subject to second hand smoke.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
All canceled or modified reservations will be charged a $35 service/re-booking fee if made prior to 8:00 pm seven days in advance of the first day of the reservation. Cancellations made less than seven days in advance of a reservation will be charged 100% of the reservation total. Refunds will not be issued for shortened stays.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Rates are based on double occupancy. We add $10 per person beyond double occupancy, including children.
We reserve the right to charge your credit card for the entire amount due on your reservation seven days prior to your check in date.
Pets are not allowed on our property. Service animals that meet the ADA definition of a service animal are allowed. Comfort or therapy animals are not allowed. Violations will result in a minimum $300 charge and termination of your stay without refund.
Our amenities(hot tub, sauna) are for registered guests of the Black Bear Lodge of Grand Lake only.
Check-in: 4:00 PM Mountain Standard Time
Check-out: 11:00 AM Mountain Standard Time
***If you will be arriving after 8:00 PM, please call to make arrangements for a late check-in.
PARKING:
Park with the front bumper of your vehicle facing the sidewalk to prevent exhaust from entering rooms and to prevent interfering with pedestrians using the sidewalk. Boat, trailer and large vehicle parking is located on the south end of our property.
