A “Block” of rooms is considered three or more rooms. When reserving a block of rooms, the following are required:
- All rooms must have the first night’s stay (double occupancy), including tax, paid in order to continue to reserve the block of rooms. The remainder may be paid at check-in.
- Three months prior to first day of reservation:
- Refunds for changes/cancellations will be issued, less a $25 service fee/room
- Less than three months of the first day of reservation:
- the first night’s deposit is non-refundable.
- Less than one month in advance of the first day of the reservation:
- full price of the reservation plus $25 service fee/room for any cancellations, unless the room(s) can be rented for the entire reservation period.
